Meet Denali ! 🌸

Denali belongs to one of our staff members . She was brought down to the clinic today in the snow storm to donate blood for emergency use ! She was the best girl and sat perfectly still with her mom by her side for the blood donation 🩸

All I want for Christmas is for Cassidy to finally find her forver home❤️🤍 After almost 2 years in foster care in Texas Cassidy came to us in Ontario, a few months ago, to see if we could get her the perfect home. We absolutely adore this gorgeous girl but want to get her a home so we can bring in another dog and get him/her ready to find a home. Name: Cassidy Age: 4 Weight: 60lbs Fixed: yes, spayed Vaccinated: yes Breed: shepard?/husky?/collie? Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: no Good with adults: yes Good with kids: yes, adores attention House trained: yes Leash trained: yes Crate trained: yes but gets anxious only in crate Suitable for an apartment: yes Barker: only when someone comes to door but stops with “enough” command Energy level: moderate Crate aggressive: no Healthy and happy Cassidy is a sweet, goofy and loving gal. She can be quite “flirty” when she wants attention and it is absolutely adorable. She slicks her ears back, sticks her tail right up so she can wag it rapidly and give the sweetest big eyed look with “love me eyes”. Cassidy gets along every dog she meets, all breeds, ages and sizes of dogs. She just wants to play with everyone she meets and switches from dominant to submissive based off the size of each dog she plays with. She can be quite vocal when playing, but not loud, which is good. She does have a high prey drive towards small animals and cannot be in a home with cats. Cassidy has improved each time we have left her home alone. She is not a fan of a crate (she will cry, howl and claw at the door) but will sleep on the couch in my office or couch in the living room with the door closed, while we are out of the house. She has been left to free roam as well but will clean dishes and counter surf if there are open food bags/containers (she won’t open containers or bags).
