Today is Sunday, February 2, 2025. Sundays are usually our day off at Touch Of A Paw Spa, but today, I’m here making calls to all our distributors with one clear request: from now on, we will exclusively use Canadian-made products in all our grooming services.
This decision is our direct response to the unfair Trump tariffs imposed on Canada. While the full impact is still uncertain, we refuse to wait and see—we are taking action now to protect our employees, clients, and their pets.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best Canadian grooming products on the market. I know firsthand how amazing they are, and I am confident that by sticking to these high-quality, homegrown brands, we can maintain our costs and continue offering top-tier service without passing the burden onto our clients.
