I’m taking over the EOAH socials today!❤️

I’ve just popped in to let you know that I want to thank all the amazing and hardworking employee’s at EOAH (also known as my home). They take care of me and follow all my orders. I am the Prince of the clinic after all. However, I get to see all the behind the scenes too! Our EOAH staff always give 110% to your pets when they come to visit. They also try their best to make sure every patient feels safe and comfortable while here. Without our dedicated employee’s, my home would not exist.❤️

Happy Thursday!🐶🐱

We are wanting you let you all know that here at EOAH, we will no longer be taking appointments prior to 9:00am. Surgical Admits and Day Procedures will still start at 7:40am. Unfortunately, we will not be seeing any urgent or emergency cases before 9:00am as our vets are not on premises until that time.

If your pet does require immediate attention please reach out and go to your local emergency clinic.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

We will be open Friday and Saturday our regular hours and we will be closed on Monday for Family Day.

🦷Why are dental xrays important?🦷

Approximately 60% of the tooth structure is below the gumline, leaving only 40% of the tooth available for evaluation without imaging.

Dental xrays give the veterinarians the whole picture. They are the only way to know the true health of the teeth. They show us everything that is going on below the gumline which is where a lot of our pets problems lie. Without xrays, we wouldn’t have been able to see that Felix here has what we call a resorptive lesion.

A resorptive lesion is when the tooth is breaking down from the inside out. They can be quite painful because the pulp or nerve of the tooth is exposed. This tooth had to be removed to ensure Felix wasn’t in any further discomfort. Since removing the problem tooth Felix has been doing very well.🐱🧡
