Please welcome Maisie, Benny, Cooper and Brody to TAGS! As with many of the dogs we have recently welcomed these brothers and sister came from an Ontario Puppy Mill 😞. These adorable babies are about 10 weeks old and are Lab/Poodle mixes otherwise known as the Labradoodle.

These siblings came with no vetting that we are aware of as do many of the dogs that come from the mills, and if they do it is very limited. These four as well as our recent additions all require vetting to ensure they are healthy and ready for adoption. This is a huge cost for us. Let's talk about our kibble!⁠

Franklin | Bulldog, American/Mix | Male | Medium Size | Born December 5th, 2022 | Available for Adoption in Durham Region

Franklin is an absolute delight! He's a playful puppy who enjoys jumping up to give affectionate kisses and is always ready for a good belly rub. He's brimming with puppy energy and loves to chew on everything in sight, run around, and play. Franklin already knows his name and is in the process of learning basic commands such as sit, stay, and outside. Although he can be a bit nervous when outside on his own, he's making progress with leash walking. Franklin would be an excellent fit for a family with another furry friend who can tolerate his playful antics. While he's still working on potty training, he's already doing most of his business outside during walks or backyard playtime. Though he occasionally has indoor accidents with p*e, he has a gentle personality and loves snuggling and exploring new things. Cardboard is his favorite chew toy! Franklin is great in the car and gets along well with other dogs. While he's very interested in the cat, he maintains a safe distance and simply watches. Franklin would thrive in an active household with lots of opportunities for walks, outdoor adventures, and physical activity. While he's still a puppy and may nip from time to time, children with boundaries will be fine around him.

* TAGS is 100% volunteer based. To accommodate Home Visits, Meet & Greets, Training, etc., we can only accept applications from residents of Durham Region.
