HANDS on PAWS Dog Services provides all season dog walking, dog-cat sitting and canine massage therapy in the Oshawa, Whitby and Courtice areas.

After years of working in both the financial and health care fields, I decided to move in a different direction, one in which wet noses, licks and tail wags were the topic of the day. HANDS on PAWS specializes in assisting you with your pet's needs; whether for daily walks, dog/cat sitting or canine massage therapy. We provide dog walks in all kinds of weather on either an individual, paired (if y

ou have more than one) basis; daily, weekly or on an as need basis. Dog and cat sitting is done in your home where your furry little ones (or big ones) are already familiar, feeling comfortable and secure. Canine massage therapy is much more than just petting the dog. It is a natural, holistic therapy that can help to improve your dog's quality of life, assist in improving their range of movement and muscle function, and even help to increase trust through the calming touch of the massage strokes. Massage therapy is beneficial throughout all life stages. I’m proud to say our clients have for the most part been referrals through word of mouth and we have had some clients for over fourteen plus years. We are proud to be an integral part of our clients ‘dog support team.’

As the weather begins to get nicer and you take your kiddos to a local pond or lake to feed the ducks and geese, please keep this bit of info in mind.🙏🙏🙏
Another FYI
Feeding bread causes permanent damage to ducks and geese. They develop angel wing. They can not migrate or fly to avoid predators. PLEASE DO NOT FEED BREAD to ducks and geese. Cracked corn, corn, peas, mealworms, romaine lettuce, watermelon, grapes CUT into pieces, cantaloupe……are a few good options!

PLEASE DON’T take your pets out on long walks today - too cold, too salty.
Today and tomorrow in the -21’s with wind chill..,,short, safe walks or backyard play and in.
Note- be sure to leave your dogs at home as well when going shopping; any dog left in a car is like leaving them in a freezer during winter…,simply, it kills. 🐾
