Dear Friends,

We wanted to share an important update regarding a service we were recently excited to introduce.

As many of you know, we had begun offering Uber rides to help our clients get to and from our hospital more easily. Our goal was to make veterinary care more accessible and reduce transportation challenges, especially during urgent or time-sensitive visits.

Unfortunately, after a brief period of success, our account with Uber was unexpectedly deactivated. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and clarify our intentions, we recently received final confirmation from Uber that our service offering does not meet their terms of use. As such, we are no longer able to provide Uber rides to and from our hospital at this time.

We are genuinely disappointed, as we know how helpful this could have been for many of our clients. While this particular solution didnโ€™t work out, we remain committed to finding new ways to support your pets' care and improve accessibility for our community.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you ever face challenges getting to us, please don't hesitate to reach outโ€”weโ€™ll do our best to help find a solution.
