Abordale Equestrian has two remaining spots for outdoor board, and two for indoor board. Hybrid option might be available depending on circumstances.

We are at 6575 Flewellyn Road, Stittsville, west of Ottawa, on 100 acres of beautiful countryside.

We offer training for the hunter/jumper disciplines as well as dressage and eventing, and top notch personalized care for the horses.

Our facility includes spacious matted stalls, a heated indoor arena and viewing room, heated tack room with lockers, heated lounge/kitchen, two outdoor sand rings, cross country field, ample turnout areas, and trails for leisurely rides. Single or small group turnout available.

All boarders have access to four grooming stalls, two indoor wash stalls, and two outdoor wash stalls.

⭐️Great full or part lease opportunity for a hunter or jumper rider⭐️

IKONETTA K “Ikette” is proudly offered for an on property full or part lease at Abordale Equestrian in Stittsville, Ontario.

Ikette is an 11 yr/o Canadian sport horse mare standing 16hh who has primarily been ridden by an adult amateur. She has successfully competed in the 1m with her owner at the Gold and Trillium shows in Ottawa, and in the 1.10m with a professional.

Ikette is competitive in the jumper ring, but can easily step into the Hunter and Medal classes. Consistent flat work, excellent jumping form, and always takes care of her rider. Ikette hacks alone or in a group, and enjoys bonding time as much as she enjoys her time in the ring.

At least one lesson a week will be required. Horse showing opportunities can be offered to the right rider.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate rider who will be able to complement Ikette during her lease time. Please contact us for lease pricing, videos, and any further inquiries.

She has brought her 10 yo rider from the Short Stirrups to the Large Pony Hunters and the .75 Jumpers in two years.
She is now also teaching the ropes to an 8yo rider and taking great care of her.
Rose can be tried at Abordale Equestrian in Stittsville, or at Wesley Clover Parks during the next horse shows.

We're looking for a reliable stable hand to help with barn chores.
We are located in Stittsville, west of Ottawa.

Duties include:

- Feeding and watering horses
- Cleaning stalls
- General barn maintenance

-Start in September or October
- Flexible days/times
- Opportunities to exercise the horses for the right candidate
