**Upcoming Changes**

Happy 2023 Everyone!

Thanks for another great year in 2022 and we look forward to continuing to provide for your scaly/furry/feathery family in 2023!

With that in mind, we’re making a few changes to maintain a work/life balance for our family.

Effective February 4th the following changes will be made:

---Order Deadline/Cut Off---
All orders must be received before 2pm TUESDAY weekly. We will not be filling orders after this cut off.

---Delivery Changes---
Carleton Place, Smith Falls, Perth, Kingston deliveries will move to Saturday on a Bi-weekly basis.

Almonte will remain on Friday and be combined with Arnprior and Renfew run.

---Shipping Quotes (Canada Wide Shipping)---
All quotes will be done for orders received before Tuesday's at noon. Shipping quote requests received after this time (placed between Tues PM - Sunday PM) will be done Monday and Tuesdays before noon.

---New Pickup Options---

We’re adding in some new pickup options:
Wednesdays - Gatineau(530pm), College Square(730pm)
Thursdays - Hawthorne(6pm)
Bi-Weekly Fridays - Arnprior, Renfew, Almonte
Bi-weekly Saturdays - Kanata, Carleton Place, Smith Falls, Perth, Kingston
