A reminder to be careful with puppy joints! This is doubly important for chows. Excellent breeding is only part of the construction of a healthy structure. Glucosamine supplements, short walks, gentle flooring, soft beds, high quality large breed food or raw diet, the fewest stairs possible, and absolutely no jumping up or off beds and couches. Nothing more beautiful than a puppy with a life full of adventures ahead! 🌲⛰️

What a handsome boy! Although we didn’t originally plan to keep a puppy from this litter, Chalka turned out so beautifully in terms of proportions, thick long coat, excellent eyes and hips, and gentle affectionate personality that we changed our minds. Like we used to say in the ‘99s, he is “all that and a bag of chips!” 😉😂
