Back in 2010, 6 years before I started Furry Followers, a friend of mine brought home a labrador puppy named Timo. He and Copper (who was 1 year old at that point) became best buddies right off the bat. I'd come walk him almost everyday, and also spent several years living under the same roof.

As some of you know, I lost Copper unexpectedly in November. Now sadly, it was Timo's turn to go last Tuesday. Health problems were piling up, and the decision was made to say goodbye the day after his birthday.

He wasn't my dog, but the 3 of us spent a lot of time together in the last 13 years. We were close, and they both played a huge role in my life. I'm going to miss those days.

Their passing marks the end of a chapter, and so I want to share pictures of the two one last time.

Lately, I've been thinking how much I love working with dogs and miss having my own to train. Here's my new puppy, Flo. She's a mini Australian shepherd and dalmatian mix. Looking forward to the road ahead 😀
