All the time!!

I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.

Meet Nova 😍 she’s an 8 month old German Shepard and she is amazing! She’s smart, sassy and funny! It’s only been 4 days but she’s stolen my heart 🥰♥️

Winnie and Eloise (Ellie) turned 1 today! Fun fact: they’re my “god sisters” 🤣, their moms who are sisters are my god mothers! So only fitting that while they are away enjoying a well deserved holiday, I get to spend their birthday with them! 🎉♥️🥰

What a weekend we had, eh Willow?!
Spent the weekend on the Moira river & Crowe Lake with my cousin. I think she’s a little tired after running, playing and swimming😴 she’s an absolute dream dog 🥰♥️🇨🇦

Meet Trueman 🥰 he’s the sweetest gentleman who just wants to snuggle!
His mom (my aunt Sue), was my very FIRST pet sitting client when I was maybe 9 or 10 years old. We were neighbours and she had two cats and trusted me to go in and feed them twice a day (before & after school). Then she referred me to a whole bunch of other neighbours for cat and/or plant sitting! 🥰😍🐶

I’ve also been hanging with Dot, Georgia and Karen! Well, mostly just trying to not spook them and make sure they have clean litter, water and food daily. Sometimes when I sit and watch tv, they’ll think I’m gone and come out. Otherwise I just check their favourite hiding spots to be sure they are all still good but keep my distance 🥰😺😺😺

Catching up on my adventures: I got to spend the weekend with Mr. CEO, Gusto 🥰😍 He has such a great personality and is just the sweetest guy! It’s throws me every time how much he loves to sleep in on weekends. I’m so used to the dogs being ready to go as soon I as move in the morning, but not GG! He’ll sleep till 9am! That last pick of him at the top of the stairs was Sunday morning around 9:30am, finally ready to start his day with stretches! 🤣🥰♥️

Misu at his happy place… the goose pond! Always has to take one last dip before he pretends he can’t get into the car and refuses to use the step stool I bought just for him… so I wear PJ shirts on our walks so I don’t get covered in pond water 🤣😘 ❤️

Jack took me as his plus one for dinner at his neighbours home! Lovely evening on the other side of the fence… always nice to see how green their grass is and smells 😂

Jack is back!! We started off with a lovely bon-voyage dinner with his pawrents (made by his pawrents 🥰) and are now enjoying the beautiful sunshine on the back deck on the fourth hole! ⛳️

My new obsession is being mauled by Rhino 😍 Thankfully, Rhino is a gentle puppy who is still growing (Sheepoo) 🥰 He is just the sweetest boy who is still getting used to walking, playing gently and not eating rocks! He’s even bilingual 🫶🏻♥️ 🐶

Look who I got to see today, JACK!! 😍 We tried to go for a walk but he wasn’t feeling the rain so we played and cuddled instead 🥰♥️ We get to spend a lot of the summer together this year, we will lots of great adventures!
