We hung out with Dexter over Thanksgiving weekend to administer his insulin injections. If you're in the Orleans area and require daily drop ins while you're away or assistance administering medical treatments, we'd be happy to help!

Posting for a friend...perfect companion for a senior who may not be able to commit to the lifetime of a young pet ❤️

Dear Family and Friends,

If you or anyone you know, might be willing to look at giving our Charlie, a place to call home, for the last stage of his life, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, reach out.

Mom/Gaby is now in a memory care unit, with advanced stages of Dimentia, and unfortunately, can no longer care for him.

Charlie will be 13 years of age in February 2025. He has allergies, which requires him to be medicated once daily. He is not good with other dogs, BUT, he is wonderful with people of all ages. He currently is living with a foster family with 3 young children. They have been gracious to take him but, it is only temporary. He came from a Retirement Residence where he was the official mascot and worked every Thursday on the care side.

He will come with a 6 month supply of medication and food.

This is a difficult time in our lives and is truly breaking our hearts. He is such a sweet, affectionate little guy.

Thanking everyone who shared the last post!!!!!!! We are grateful and feeling the love and support.

Exciting News!

We’re thrilled to announce that our family is growing! We are expecting our baby in the new year and couldn’t be more excited. As we prepare for this wonderful journey, I will be taking a couple of months off to bond with our baby and enjoy this special time with my family.

When I return, I’ll be operating on a revised schedule, offering smaller services on each route on a monthly basis. Please note that for the following year, I will no longer be offering full grooming services, baths, lion cuts, etc. Spaces will be limited, so I encourage you to secure your spot ahead of time!

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding as we transition into this new chapter of our lives. I look forward to serving you in the future!

We brought Ocea home from Cuba in May, and now that she's had time to decompress and get settled, she's ready to meet her forever family!

One step at a time 🐾

Hey everyone! 🐾

Just wanted to give you all a pupdate! I had my recheck with Dr. Lai, and he was super happy with my progress. No more cage rest for me—woohoo! 🎉 Mom says it's time for a bath now that I'm all healed up. 🛁

I've been getting much better at walking on my own, even though my legs are still a little wobbly. Hardwood floors are tricky, so Mom made me a carpet trail to walk on. She says I look like Bambi otherwise. 🦌

Exciting news: I start physio next week, and I’m allowed to swim in Grandpa's pool to help make my legs stronger. I can't wait because, as most of you know, swimming is my absolute favorite thing! 🌊

Hi friends, it's Rue here! 🐾 It's been a while since my last update, and I'm excited to share how things are going. I'm continuing to get stronger every day! I've been enjoying small walks to the park and I just had my first rehab session. There, I got to do lots of fun exercises and even walk in the underwater treadmill. I had so much fun getting all the treats, but I mostly just wanted to curl up in Sarah, the rehab technician's lap, for a cuddle. Thank you all for your support and love! 🐶❤️

Hey friends, it's Rue again! 🐾 Update time: I'm getting stronger every day! Mom is having a hard time keeping me resting because all I want to do is run and play. Luckily, she bought me so many chewy things to keep me busy. I'm going pee and poo really well and can even hold my body up now. I've started taking steps with both legs, even though my feet don't always go the right way. But guess what? My tail is still always wagging! I'm so happy to be on the mend. Look at my surprise from Amazon!! Isn't it the best?! I'm not a fan of sleeping in the crate because that is for babies like Finch, who eats moms' shoes when they aren't looking. I'm much too old to be locked up like a baby. The doctor says I can't sleep in the big bed anymore because I might jump off and hurt my back. So for now I have my own bed beside the big bed. But mums say I might have to share it in 9 months if they have better luck this time. I hope they do because I'd be the best big sister ever and I hear babies drop lots of treats.

Rue went pee and poo on her own this morning! And now she's feeling a little feisty with her flamingo 🦩

It was a pleasure meeting crazy Banana today for her nail trim appointment. Being deaf and blind she was so much happier having it done at home!
