Since I'm late posting my fall photos, you might already know about this amazing news. Shiro and Loki are having a (human) baby sibling!! 👶
This was my first baby announcement session and it was NOT the type of light I'm used to work with!! 😱

After some light panic modes activated, I think I proved myself that if you step out of your comfort zone, something amazing can come out of it 🌅
So so happy for them and with how these turned out! I can't wait to see the new baby!! ❤

I'm so off-season 😂

I hope everyone had a great holiday season with an amazing start to the new year.

I got sick on Christmas day with a cold. When I thought I was starting to recover, I woke up just after NY with a pain in my ear and I couldn't hear anything from my right ear.

I panicked a bit, I won't lie 😅
Of course all the walk-ins were either closed or full, so I ended up waiting for 7 hours at the emergency.

It was just an ear infection but the wait was so long, I went in with ear pain and got out with a headache and back pain.

Hope your holidays were better than mine 🤭

I love getting to know each pet I meet. How they became family, what their life is like, what they love and what they don't as much.
It's so important to get to know your model in photography and I believe that's also how you're able to bring out their personality in the images too.
Animals all have their personality and their quirks, just like us. Getting to know them at a deeper level is what makes a photo a portrait 🧡

Starting to post some fall pictures while everyone is posting snow photos 😂
Odi's mom wanted his eyes to appear visible because let's face it, that's probably the biggest challenge most of you face with black dogs.
His little glowy eyes were perfect and his curly backlit fur... I can't! 😍
What would you say your biggest challenge is when photographing your pet? 🤔

After almost 2 months of taking a break, not just from social media but from life in general, I'm back 👋

And after the snow dump we've had, what's best than to reconnect with you all again by asking you to add your own winter photo of/with your pet!
After a tough start to the school year and a couple of stressful incidents at school, I ended up having a total mental breakdown and decided I had to take some time for myself.
I was able to reflect on a lot of things during this time, review my priorities, do things that bring me joy and plan for the road ahead.
For now, let me catch up on posting some photos, you might see some very off season images in the next few weeks 😅

Today's Business Feature is no one other than Cindy from !
I initially met Cindy when I was first starting out as a pet photographer. She came to help with 's session and I saw first hand how sweet, funny and professional she was.
Cindy reached out to me recently for some photos of her pack, and I had the best time with her! She truly cares about these pups like they're her own.
And guys... she carries a little tiny container with water on her walks... it's for the BEES 🐝. You read that right, when she finds a bee who might be thirsty, she rescues them by giving them some drinking water 🥺💛
If that doesn't convince you that she's the best human on the planet, I don't know what will.
