Sasha rocked her graduation lesson today! Just walking next to my Roscoe boy like no big deal. You wouldn't even know she struggled with very severe reactivity when we started.
On the other side of me is 7 month old Lazlo walking calmly, instead of pulling and jumping obsessively to play with Roscoe like a love everybody, happy, young lab would rather do, lol.

There are so many mistakes people make trying to teach dogs to walk nicely! Some questions to ask yourself if you're struggling:
🐾 Have you taught a clear understanding between when you want your dog to be walking and when they get to go smell and use the bathroom?
🐾 Does your dog truly understand that when they feel pressure on their collar, they should be the ones to move to remove that pressure? Or have you accidentally taught both you and your dog that you will actually remove any collar pressure when it happens by giving more leash or following?
🐾 Are you even still relevant to your dog when you're walking or are you just a weight on the end of the leash?
🐾 How often on your walks is your dog pulling or tight on the leash?
🐾 Do you enjoy your walks with your dog?
