Chico in his halo vest!
From Chico's owner: "The halo vest helps blind dogs navigate their way around while not injuring themselves by bumping into objects. The vest and halo are custom made for each dog and consist of a cloth vest and a halo made of plastic tubing around an aluminum wire to make it adjustable and sturdy at the same time"
