It was a great weekend for the FdV team at the Westar Farms dressage show. What a beautiful venue. Robyn and Dream were silver training level champs. Robyn and Otto (somebody get me a picture) silver first level champs, Charity and Blue 2 pink ribbons and one white, and Jessica and Lestat, champion and ESD high point of the show. Well done riders and horses. Congratulations to owners Martin and Debbie and Cathleen and Derrick.

July 31 (today) was Baby Dream's graduation day. The mare has just turned 5 and she has learned so much. She moves from a stretchy trot to a solid dressage frame without changing her rhythm. We are so happy for Jessica Moulton and Lestat. Reserve champion at the Meadowvale Farm dressage show today. Only Lestat's second show ever. What a team.

Fin de Ville's Miss Tique (Tiqa) turns one tomorrow. She had a fantastic birthday party today. Most of her barn friends came to help her celebrate. What a good baby horse.

The pathways and paddocks are wet but Robyn has been riding in the outdoor ring for a couple of days. Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited did the most amazing job on our ring. Ready to ride in early March.

Do you think you are seeing double? Nope, Lestat's big brother Otto has joined him for Fin de Ville's bootcamp this month. They have two paddocks with an open gate between them but they seem to prefer to be together.

Little Tiqa is one month old! She is a little firecracker who loves all people. When you walk by her paddock, she insists that you pay the "Tiqa Tax". Present butt for scritches.

Sweet Gracie is learning not to be scared of stuff. We think she is doing well. Good girl Gracie.

Pepper got a pretty intense work out in the deep snow this afternoon.

Baby Nelson graduated from Fin de Ville's program at the end of August. This lovely 3 year old gelding is going to be very special. His graduation video shows Robyn riding and then his person rides. Enjoy him Quinn.
