I feel like a Keebler Elf. My kitchen is a cookie factory. Today is spent packing up the cookies I spent the last two days making. They'll be available tomorrow at the booth at the Beechwood Market tomorrow morning in Stanley Park. After that they go into the wild to other OSCatR events.

Casey & Finnegan are all set and ready for this weekend. They got their costumes and badges and are all set to (probably) help out at Kitchen Science For Cosplay Friday at 5:30pm in Rm B. They may stay home Friday though cause it'll be way past their bedtime by the time Del is done yammering. #

It was so hot here in Ottawa yesterday that this little alum crystal I've been growing in a jar for a few days melted. Melted! I checked on it last night and it was gone. Boo! I'll start again when it cools down.

They started at 7:10am! Not as loud as yesterday but the air is full of dust. They're digging out the leftover crud from the house demolition. Thank gods I wake long before 7 and it is not a super hot day.

According to these guys 7:30am is a perfectly acceptable time to start demolishing an entire house. Many of my neighbour's (and the Zoo) beg to differ. Happy Monday.
