Hi, I'm Rusty! I'm an Aussie/Foxhound mix and almost 2 years old. I'm currently staying with my buddies at Springwater, but unfortunately my mom & dad have to find me a new forever home, with a family that can give me the space and exercise I need. Update: YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! A bunch of quick shares, and the owners saw that face. He's back with mum & dad, to tell stories of his big adventure!

This dog just came wandering up to our neighbour's place over at Country Charm Furniture. They have him safe and sound over there, so hopefully we can help get him home!

We can't thank you all enough! 2020 has been a crazy year, and your continued support is so GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Without our AMAZING pups (and their humans!) Springwater wouldn't be the same. We can't wait to see all of you that haven't been able to travel yet - and hope the next year brings everyone and their family health and happiness!

We want to thank our extended Springwater family for reaching out to check in on us over these past few weeks. We miss all the pups like crazy. We hope you are all staying healthy and safe as we work through these unprecedented times together, and we look forward to the time when we can see you all again.

Take care of yourselves, and your furry family members! The next time they get a cookie and belly rub, tell them it's from us!

To Our Valued Clients:
Due to the nature of our business, we are constantly encountering/serving people who have traveled both abroad, and domestically. Typically, a dog visiting us is a result of their owner leaving the region in some capacity. As such, we feel it is prudent to implement some policy changes – effective immediately – to protect the health and safety of both our staff and our clientele. We would rather be proactive and overreact, rather than to under react and be regretful.
As such, for the foreseeable future, we will come to collect your dog outside our main gate at drop-off, and deliver them to you outside of that main gate at pick-up. We ask that you do not open the gate and proceed towards the office. Please ensure your dog is leashed and under your control. Additionally, we ask anyone who is symptomatic to please arrange for alternative drop-off/pick-up arrangements.
We would also ask that when someone is waiting to drop off or pick up their dog in the parking lot, that there is only 1 person waiting at the gate at a time. Not every dog likes every other dog, and we don’t want to see any unnecessary negative interactions. Dogs may also become excited and harder to handle for the owner if a new dog approaches; we don’t want to see a dog get loose anywhere near the highway.
This new procedure may take longer than normal, so we thank you in advance for your patience. Our only concern is for everyone’s health and well-being. It’s much better to take preventative action now, than wish we had done so later.
