Yesterday was Dream Chaser Equestrian Centres 21 year anniversary!
21 yrs (half my life) has been spent living my dream. Sharing my dream and continuing to dream. 21 yrs of amazing partnerships, friendships and family. 21 yrs of challenges, loses, gains, breaks, tears and so much laughter. 21 yrs of being a horse mom to some of the most amazing horses/ponies/minis. 21 yrs of watching others live their dreams. 21 yrs to thank all of you that have helped along the way. 21 yrs of getting to be me❤️
Thank you to ALL of you! You have helped me achieve more then I ever dreamed🤩

Only 1 spot left in our equine experience program July 15th-19th and 2 spots for July 29th- August 2nd. The program runs 8:30 AM to 4 PM for children ages 6- 12. Included each day is two mounted lessons and two theory lessons based around learning skills to help build knowledgeable and confident riders. All rider levels are welcome (including brand new).
Registration is limited to 8 kids per day
Cost: $450 per week, per day registration will open in 2 weeks for $100 per day. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot in the program.

Celebrate the life of Marc Henderson with us on Saturday, July 13 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a time of reflection at 2:00 p.m. We invite you to join Marc's family at the cottage located at Francis Lake, 139227 Hindman Side Road. Please wear appropriate footwear (beach attire) and bring a chair. Parking is limited; please park on concession road 14 and walk a short distance to Hindman Side Road and the cottage.

This Sunday will be our next show at Parkeridge Stable. Please have all entries in by 8pm Thursday! 😇

⏱️ Show starts promptly at 9am.

Jumper warm ups will be in the morning prior to the show start.

After jumper divisions we will have a quick tear down of the ring and a set up for the hunter divisions in the afternoon.

Walk/Trot divisions will then run with Novelty class following them.

There will then be a very brief warm up in the ring for the afternoon riders. A minute or two each to get over something your coach thinks might be tricky for you. 😉

Warm up fences will be available in the indoor arena for use throughout the day.

Novice & Hunter Divisions will not start before noon for those trying to orchestrate arrival times.

There will not be a formal lunch break during the show.

We will have our BBQ going with lots of options for folks with some sweet treats too!

For those of you with walk/trot riders here’s a sneak peek in case they’d like to practice! 👀😊

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms that are a part of the DCEC family! Chauffeuring to lessons and shows, sitting through cold lesson and hot ones, holding horses, setting rails, washing muddy clothes, cheering on during triumphs, encouraging and listening during trials. Thank you for everything you do!
