Happy December everyone!! Just a few notes as we move into the holiday season:

🎅🏻I’m all booked up for Christmas grooms but still have time for nail trims as needed.

🎅🏻It is my busiest time of year so please ensure you show up and on time as rescheduling just won’t be possible before Christmas.

🎅🏻I do have a cancellation list but any clients I cancelled in the last few weeks due to sickness, will take priority.

🎅🏻My last day before the holidays is Friday December 20th and then I am off until Jan 6th.

🎅🏻I am moving to Sophie’s Pet Boutique in the New Year and will be working Monday to Friday, from 8-4. I am still currently scheduling all of my own appointments so if you’d like to get on the schedule for the New Year, send a DM!

It’s been another wonderful calendar year in business and I can’t believe we are here again! Can’t wait to freshen up all your pups for Santa 🎅🏻 🎄🐶🛷

EDIT: Nov 21 - unfortunately I just received news that it’s pneumonia. This means I’ll likely be recovering for weeks as opposed to days. I expect I will need to continue cutting back on my number of grooms so I’m not pushing myself. This is a big bummer for me as much as it is for my clients but I’ll try and give you as much notice as possible for cancellations. 🙏

Just a little update for you all:

I’m slowly going to ease back into my regular work schedule, however, I’m still taking it day by day. Long story short, my asthma was flared up by whatever virus I had so I have to treat that now… and that includes rest! I will do my best to notify you the night before your appointment if I need to reschedule.

Once I get past the next few days and feel like I can work fully again, I will reach out to those I canceled. Unfortunately (but realistically), rescheduling everyone before Christmas will be impossible while I’m taking care of my health. If I cancelled your appointment and you are able to rebook somewhere else for the time being, I do recommend that.

What a lovely crisp day for a walk! You can certainly feel the chill in the air today 🍁🍂❄️🧣🧤.

Did you know Ruff Life started as a dog walking and pet sitting business? Louis is my only remaining weekly dog walking client. He lives close by so his walks are really easy to schedule. It helps to break up my work week and get outta the house for a bit!
