It’s official! The Christmas/Holiday Season is fast approaching, and we only have about 5-7 open time slots available (dependant on size & coat condition), available before Christmas! If you are looking to have your pup freshened up and looking cute for the Holidays, we highly recommend giving us a call/text at 19023243183, or send us a Facebook message to book your appointment! A super friendly reminder to please show up no more than 5 minutes prior to you scheduled appointment! I may have dogs in my care or on the table that require my full attention, until I can safely check your dog in! Everyone’s kindness and understanding is always so appreciated! Hello Everyone! 😊
I would like to make some important announcements regarding policy changes that will become effective immediately, please read carefully!

🐾 Please try to contact me within a week or two of your appointment time that you are hoping for, to ensure you get a time that works for you! Putting your pet on a regular 6-8 week schedule will always ensure they are prepared for their next appointment, ensures your dog will be more comfortable with the grooming process, and also keeps them as Matt-free as possible! Booking on a regular schedule is the best way to get an appointment!

🐾 Please show up to your scheduled appointments no more than 5 minutes prior to the given appointment time! Also, please do not show up more than 15 minutes late, as this can put me off of my schedule entirely, and can really mess up the flow of the day! Dogs that do not arrive, or arrive more than 15 minutes past their appointment time, will be rescheduled for a future appointment.

🐾 Due to a large increase of recent missed appointments, I will be charging a $10 ‘No Show/No Call’ fee for missed appointments, when booking your next appointment in the future. I will also charge a $5 late fee for clients showing up more than 15 minutes late. This ensures I can still make income when I would otherwise be out the time & money! I absolutely love my job, but this is how I earn for my family, which is very important to me! Please try to contact me within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel or reschedule, this allows me to get another Dog from my cancellation list, in your spot, if needed!

🐾 Appointments will be 100% contingent on behaviour going forward. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated during the grooming process, as it can be very seriously dangerous for all involved. This ensures a safer environment, and also helps prevent injury to your dog, other dogs in the salon, myself, my employee, and my own dogs as well! I work with very sharp tools and equipment, the safety of all is our top priority here!

We are very sorry to say that we are showing cold-like symptoms in our household, but are testing NEGATIVE! We will be closed today, as everyone’s safety is our top priority!
