currently pursuing my practicum to complete my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. We all struggle w

ith the stresses of everyday life and counselling is an avenue to receive help dealing and gain perspective with those issues. I work within the realm of Positive Psychology with a strengths-based approach.
