Nutmeg 💕 today was her first grooming session! Her mom told me she is a very nervous dog so I took things very slow for her with lots of breaks and positive reassurance! She did amazing 🤩 from the time I brought her into the room to the time I took her out, I could see her anxiety had gone down!!!

Gizmo’s glow up 💕 his first time coming to me he was severely matted so I gave him a fresh start from head to toe ! 12 weeks later he had such a nice grow out and we gave him a nice short fluffy cut so he’s so soft and can keep cool during the summer !!

Meeka 💕 this old gal had lots of impacted coat and some matting in her legs! I did her in 2 appointments as she has poor mobility and unable to stand long so wanted to break it up! I got most of the undercoat and mats off and bath and blow out in the first appointment but wasn’t able to do her final trim up and feet. So we completed all that in her second visit !

To end my day, I can’t forget about my dogs!! I tend to cut my dogs nails when I hear the ticking of nails on my floors, with having 4 full time and this old girl part time in the house, it drives me crazy a little haha

I trained Nyx from the time I got her at 8 weeks to lay completely flat for me to do her nails! With being a black lab, all her nails are black so I tend to take small pieces off so I can get close to the quick without hitting it! She flinches lots but does good with it! With having arthritis in her hips and knees, this is a little easier on her than standing and bending her legs as I need them!! Badger had some spot shaving I did about a month ago now due to finding some bite wounds, his hair is growing in nicely!! My only over friendly outdoor cat!!

Gracie 💕 it’s been a bit since she’s been posted !! She was one of the first couple of dogs that came to see me when I opened up in December !! She has come a long way too, although still nervous, she is a lot easier to work on with her regular grooms and they’re easier on her too now!!

Max (aka Pup pup) and Hemsky 💕 if you remember Dixie Lee that I did back in May! These two are relatives that also live with her !! And there is more to come!! Max is more on the timid side where Hemsky is more friendly but limited eyesight !! Both boys did great!

Taking a look at my schedule and August is completely full and booking into 3rd week of September !!! 🤩

Thank you to all my continuous clients as well as those who have contacted me to book in as new clients! At this time, I will no longer be able to accept new clients so I can keep everyone on a good maintenance schedule! I do still have my cancellation list that I can add to!!

This journey has been so amazing so far, I truly thank each and everyone of my clients to trusting me with your fur babies!! 💕 I love getting to spend time with all of them!!

Kelly getting a nice blow out !! 💕 she’s going to feel so much better getting all that dead coat out and help her keep cooler in this hot weather ! Deshedding has to be my favourite thing to do for dogs !!

I had to take a video of how well Hotch does with the dryer now! This is his second time being dried but with coming with his labradoodle cousin, he has gotten to experience the dryer stress free prior listening to it while in use! This is why it’s important to bring dogs in when they’re puppies as this sets them up for success when they’re adults! Even bringing them for nail trims and just hanging in the spa for half a day to experience everything stress free !! 💕💕

I forgot to post this from the other day! With regular visits, your dog too will sleep in my dryer hose while I am drying another dog 🤣

Did you get out and enjoy this beautiful weather?!! The kids sure enjoyed their time outdoors! Now time to prepare for the week with meeting new furry friends as well as a few returning pups !! 🐶 stay tuned for tomorrows busy day !! ☺️
