It is not everyday you get to bond with a pittbull. People will tell you they are mean and unpredictable. You can say that about any breed. I believe no dog is born mean. End of discussion.

These two beautiful humans put in so much love and hard work to give Bugsy a chance at a great life.
I had the privilege of being Bugsy’s dog walker and sitter. He made me appreciate pittbulls even more. They are loyal and big cuddle bugs.
At the beginning of October, I had to say goodbye to Bugsy. He had a medical condition that made him have chronic pain that no matter how many medications he was on, would never get better. His owners made the brave and heartbreaking decision to let him go. He left Earth-side and crossed the rainbow bridge. I am absolutely heartbroken and my Thursdays will never be the same. You were a good boy Bugsy. You had parents that loved you so much. Take care my handsome boy. ♥️

Mecca came over to inquire but she stepped into my personal space so I gently flapped my arm (she pinned her ears back) to ask her to step away from me.
