Here's a little bit about Kate's background working with dogs:

"Dogs have been a huge part of my life from an early age. I spent my summers as a kid showing Australian Shepherds and Basenjis in conformation dog shows, which eventually led to working for professional handlers. During that time, I prepared a variety of breeds for the ring, including Schnauzers, Portuguese Water Dogs, and Salukis.

As I got older, my passion shifted toward high-drive working dogs, and I became deeply involved with Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherds. I train and compete in bite sports, dock diving, and personal protection.

Helping dogs look and feel their best is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in providing quality care for every dog I work with."

With the increase of no shows, we will be enforcing our policy more diligently than we have in the past.

Failure to show up to your appointment or communicate efficiently will result in applicable no show fee(s) invoiced to the email provided at time of booking. Fees must be paid before we will provide further grooming services.

These policies are clearly stated on our website as well as our contract.
