With Christmas season approaching we are thinking of ways to help the community .

We started a sale today on dog food for $9.99 with that being said this would be a great donation towards a local rescue or our local food bank that has a pet food pantry to help local families with their fur babies .
So if possible plz come in and donate a bag of food and receive a ballot towards winning one of our surprise baskets .

ALANNA UPDATE NOV. 13TH
Hi everyone, I had the surgery to remove my eye, and now I'm healing. I have stitches to hold my eye closed. I'm happy that at least it won't be getting infected anymore.

I also have to wear this silly plastic thing around my head for a while. Do they really think this makes a girl look prettier?? I guess I'll wear it for a while, just to go along with the humans that love me 💕

The rescue and I would like to thank everyone who made a donation towards my surgery, and also to everyone who shared my fundraising posts.

A BIG THANK YOU to Pet Valu Pembroke and their customers for raising $120 to put towards my surgery. You folks are the cats meeeow!

Alana is currently with us and her best friend Kaladry who are looking for their forever family . They are a bonded pair of best friends full of love .
If your looking for some fur babies to add to your family these two may just be them or if not and it’s possible to make a donation to Alana’s eye surgery that would be amazing ❤️

They are in desperate need of dog food with the increase of dogs going into their rescue they are low on dog food .

If you’re able to donate a bag that’s great or even spare change over the month we will take all cash donations and put it towards buying bags of food for the rescue .

Everything counts all donations are very much appreciated by the fur babies 🐶

PAW event :
Every year our customers amaze me !
We picked Riverview Rescues this year for our total amount of donations from this event and with our customers & my wonderful staff we blew it outta the water !!
We raised $4615 wow 🤩

This will help the rescue with some of their vet bills that have taken a beating from their recent intake of the puppy mill dogs from within our own area .

We can’t thank our customers enough for their continued support and love for the animals .
