Just wanted to let anybody who's interested know that we have one nuc box for sale. The queen will be saskatraz and it will be ready to go on Sunday May 20th. $265 plus $20 refundable deposit on the nuc box. They are five miles south of Red Deer.

We just acquired creamed honey starter.
Once I have our crystalized honey at the perfect temperature, and add the starter ( which is all natural), within one week we should know if we will have creamy melt in the mouth honey, similar to brown sugar or maple fudge but more fluid!

Spring is here! All of our hives survived and we are excited about this year! We are introducing 2 new products - comb honey ( all natural and unprocessed) and bee pollen. If you are interested in either of these products, let me know as quantity will be limited this first year

I made baklava with B3 Honey. The store purchased baklava is good, but usually very heavy. The recipe that I made with our honey, is quite light....and addicting! I think it will be added to our product line at the markets!

we now have to start working on improving the website....I was told that we are not advertising that all of our products are 100% natural, which is the case except for a few lotion scents....all of our other products are 100% natural, and I hope that in the next few weeks that I am able to find natural scents for the rest of our lotions!
