We are a small family farm on unceeded Syilx nation territory on Penticton's West Bench, aiming to steward our small piece of paradise while feeding and building community.

Garlic scapes are here! $4 per pound non-certified organic fresh cut garlic scapes on the west bench Penticton. 1 lb fills a large Ziploc bag and works out to about 25 scapes. Message me to order, they won't last long!

Do you know there are different varieties of garlic? Just like apples, each variety has its own unique attributes. The Porcelain varieties I grew (Great Northern and Fish Lake) were purchased from my friends Shirlene and partner Mike at Earth Apple Farm/New Mountain Garlic. https://earthapplefarm.com/newmountaingarlic/

They tout Porcelain types as having larger cloves (less peeling) and a strong spicy flavour/heat profile. A little goes a long way! It also has one of the best storage capabilities, ranging from 6-8 months.
