TRAINING WITH Brenda Rinneberg I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR SO MANY YEARS 😊👍 KEY POINT, DO NOT OVER TRAIN Starting earlier is a good thing Build bone Build ligaments Build muscle Build cartilage I have had several hoses come in at age 4 to get started over the years I really noticed that their body felt way too loose, ligaments needed so much more time to build than building muscle. They needed a lot of extra time, help and support thru their training. It's never too late to start, but starting earlier is better for the mind and body I've trained just over 5,000 now and there isn't much I haven't seen or dealt with. Loved each one I've touched, that's forsure 👌 💯 Quality and informed information from a great Vet

TRAINING WITH BRENDA RINNEBERG APHA BAY GELDING STRIDIN N COLOR 10 yrs old I started him when he was 3 I think I put 2 months on him He was doing walk, jog, lope a good whoa, moving off my leg etc Then he did pretty much nothing for 7 years This was my 38 ride of working him to build his body back up He was totally on his front end. Still is quite a bit, but a little better Getting stronger and today was his first lope in 7 years I was pretty happy with him Leigh
