Whitney joined the Perth Veterinary Clinic in June 2015 after her college placement from the Veterinary Technology program in St.Lawrence College. She received her Registered Veterinary Technologist certificate in December 2015 and has been fulfilling her dream to help animals ever since.

Whitney enjoys working with everyone at the clinic from the devoted staff, to the animals and their loving owners. Feline behaviour and medicine is one of Whitney’s interests from day to day and likes helping clients achieve and maintain long healthy relationships with their cats. Whitney also likes working with the team to perform safe anaesthesia to patients who come for a variety of procedures. Outside the clinic, Whitney stays busy with a variety of hobbies which include anything from gardening, horseback riding or even swimming around in a mermaid tail. Most of all, Whitney adores her animal family at home, she has a dog (Yorkie/Maltese cross), 5 cats, a bearded dragon, an Oscar cichlid and a horse (Belgian cross).

Aislinn was born and raised in Perth and loves her hometown. She joined the Perth Veterinary Clinic team in 2014. Aislinn graduated from St. Lawrence college in 2011 with distinction and passed her Veterinary Technician National exam the same year.

The part that Aislinn loves most about her job is surgery and anaesthesia, particularly learning new protocols and practicing new, innovative techniques. She prioritizes animal care, ensuring your pet is as comfortable as possible.

Aislinn horse, Cerino, is her pride and joy. Along with Jase, her “house horse” Great Dane, Max, the fun-loving Golden Retriever, and her Angel cat Peaches, her pet family is a diverse one! All of these guys fill her life with happiness and she enjoys spending her time horseback riding and doing outdoor activities with her furbabies. She also enjoys playing ball and ice hockey and reading in her spare time.

Anita is a Perthite, born and raised on a farm just outside of town. Anita has been a part of the Perth Veterinary Clinic since 1993 when she completed her high school co-op education program. She then worked in the kennel room, caring for boarding and hospitalized patients. She worked her way through the ranks, working as a receptionist after school and on weekends. Her passion for pet care grew and she attended the St. Lawrence College where she graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program in 1997. In 1998 she happily returned to the Perth Veterinary Clinic and has been a constant presence ever since.

Anita enjoys working with clients and their pets to help them achieve their goals. With her experience and expertise, she is a great resource and keeps the clinic running with all the behind-the-scenes daily tasks required to keep the clinic in top form.

When not at work, Anita enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter. As a family, they enjoy hunting, camping and spending time with friends.
