Jake playing with Latte... when ferrets are babies they are very vocal and loud, they sound like there are being beaten up but the body language is showing me they are having a blast.
Ferrets has many different noises that they make to let you know how they feel, it is for us always try and recognize them...grunts, hissing, dooking, squeaking, barking, screeching, squealing, whining, whimpering, honking, snoring, coughing sounds Ang teeth grinding sounds as well.

When I get home I always take the ferrets out, even if I'm dead from work. The kids all gathered up in my tub waiting for me to get some snow. To see them asking me please with there little faces, I went to get 1 pail of snow and this was my reward.. Them having a amazing time and me forgetting of how dead I was when I got home.

The boys are full of energy. Ferrets sleep between 14 - 16 hrs a day, ferret needs at least 4-6 hours of exercise per day out of the cage. My boys are out of there cage always when I am home. :)

Maple, latte,Sox and baby Jake having a winter fun time in the tub. :) keeping ferrets busy stimulates there mind and they are having a great time, that's what Its all about.

Can a human give there cold to a ferret?... yes you can. If you have any type of cold,flue please use gloves and a mask and try not to be around them when your sick.

My Ferret Family :) 8 beautiful fur babies Bandit,Fidget,Dobbie,Latte,Sox,Chester, Maple is my own Ferret sleeping with baby Jake. Chester has been adopted this june and Baby Jake was adopted this November and they are all very happy Ferrets
