To protect you, our staff members and all other members of our community Greenhawk Peterborough has chosen to immediately move to a curbside pick up model which will reduce the spread of COVID-19 through our store to almost zero. Orders will need to be placed through email and will be available for pick up on Tuesday between 9am and 11am and Saturday between 9am and 11am. Our online ordering system from our main warehouse www.greenhawk.com is also still very much active and Greenhawk Head office is waiving the delivery fee on orders over $50 if you would rather a private delivery to your front door.
To place an order we will need your name and phone number and the specific product code for the item you want. The product codes can be found on www.greenhawk.com and will almost always be three letters followed by 4 numbers. For example: SUV8849 or GIF6255. If your item has a colour or size option, please make your selection clear. The email address is [email protected]
Charlie will give you a call when your order is ready or to clarify any uncertainty on your order. Orders will be picked up from outside of the store. Please call 705 743 1111 once you arrive and have your credit card ready. The doors will remain locked and you will need to hold your credit card up to the glass. I will take down the card number and return the written number to you with your products for optimal security. Please have your credit card ready and remain practicing social distancing.
