Hello Everyone! Hope you are all having a great summer!

Right now I am booking out quite far, there are not many available appts left in 2021. There are no appts left in December, and 2022 is booking fast. Prebooking a year out is essential if you want to keep your pup on a regular grooming schedule.

For booking appts I am now requiring everyone to text, email, call or facebook message to book appts. Since I can't do prebooking at the door anymore due to covid and not being able to have clients come inside this is the best way for me to not miss your request. Text is of course the fastest way to contact me as most of you already know.

Hello again everyone!

I am currently booked out about 12 weeks.

I am strongly advising everyone to prebook 3 to 4 appts out at minimum. I know a lot of you have booked appts out for the whole year, which is ideal as it ensures you have your Christmas appt secured as well. This wait time is only going to get longer as the business keeps growing so prebooking your appts is essential. :)

And ps, Christmas appts are filling up already so be sure to book your spot asap as they will likely be all booked up by summer!

Hi Everyone!

I have finally finished rescheduling the 300(the final count) appts that were affected by this most recent lockdown. I can finally make a few announcements!

As many of you already know, I have a brand new business management software! There are some new guidelines I want to set in place.

1. This software does text reminders only, so if you do not have a cell number you wont be able receive texts from the software.

2. The software sends you an "appt scheduled" text when I book you an appt. If you do not receive a text from the software you're appt hasnt been confirmed. Get in touch with me as I get so many texts and calls that the odd request can fall through the cracks.

3. The software also sends reminder texts 2 days before. Do not reply to any of the texts from the software as they will not send to me. Contact me at the usual 705-772-4279 if you need to change anything or have any questions.

4. I have a second personal phone now, the 705 772 4279 is still the number to contact but it will be on do not disturb mode from 6pm-7am to allow me a break from work at the end of the day. If you need to reach me regarding an urgent issue message me on the businesses page as the message will pop up on my personal phone.

I will be making some more announcements over the coming weeks regarding new policys etc so stay tuned! :)

Hello everyone!

I have some good news finally!! I can now take on severe matting cases. The govt has finally put it into writing for groomers to reopen with restrictions. This means I can shave down dogs that are uncomfortably matted so that they aren't suffering.

If your pet is in this situation, send me a text and I can get you an appt. :)

I will also being going through the 100 + cancelled appts & reaching out to check on the condition of your pet's coat.

Hoping for more good news on the 8th regarding being fully open for regular aesthetic grooming as well.

Hello Everyone,

I sadly have to let you all know that I am shut down for this current lockdown. I have talked to peterborough public health and as per their instruction dog groomers are not to be operating currently. I have been contacing everyone individually who's appts have/will be affected, but I also wanted to keep the rest of you in the loop with what is going on.

I will be in touch as soon as I have a date for reopening. Appts will be rebooked in the order they were cancelled.

Hey everyone!

A quick update on the remainder of 2020. I will continue to meet you to get your pet outside on the front walk- due to covid related safety measures.

It will be a bit harder once the snow really sets in but we will be able to manage I think. :) I will continue to wear a mask when I come out as well.

Appts for December have been fully booked up for quite a while now. Usually they start filling up in August. If you weren't able to get one before they all booked up this year I encourage prebooking appts to prevent disappointment. January is getting close to being fully booked also so prebooking a few appts out at all times is strongly reccomended. :)

Its been a while since I've made a post! You guys are keeping me super busy :D

Just a quick reminder that Christmas appts are already beginning to be booked. I recommend booking them as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. :)

Also, I'm booked out 5-6 weeks these days, so pre-booking appts is crucial if you want to keep your pet on a regular groom schedule. Some of you are booking appts 6 months to a year out, which is a very good idea as things get busier. :)

Hello everyone :)

Chrsitmas is already on the horizon(yikes!). Just a quick reminder- if you'd like your pup groomed in December book well in advance as Christmas appointments are being booked and always fill up quickly. I'm booking a minimum of 3 weeks out for small dog haircuts and 6-8 weeks out for large dog haircuts right now- it's going to be a busy Christmas season!

There will be a fun draw this Christmas for a gift basket of doggie items! Stay tuned for that announcement!

Hope everyone's summer is going great!

Just a couple reminders :)

Christmas appointments are officially beginning to be reserved. If you know you are going to want an appointment in the month of December they are going to go quickly, and booking well in advance will ensure you get the appointment you want.

I also want to remind everyone again of the importance of pre booking appointments. A lot of people pre book appointments these days as I've been encouraging it. It helps my schedule run smoothly and helps me to fit in as many dogs as I can so that I can keep up with the demand and keep wait times as low as possible. Currently I am booked out about 2-3 weeks but it can change quickly to a full 4 weeks when it's a busy time of the year. Keep that in mind when booking.

Lastly, I want to thank everyone for their business and loyalty! The salon is officially 4 years old! I can't believe how much its grown! A big thank you to everyone that is spreading my name around! :)
