We had a rare and very short appearance from a spectacular reptile this week. He did not stay very long as he was swept up almost immediately after his arrival. When I say the pictures do not do this guy justice, I couldn't say it any louder. He is a flawless creature. Absolutely gorgeous. This male Jeweled Lacerta is now living it up in his new forever home.
