We got some new grow lights today! Absolute bargain from a local grower, and they’re the purple kind which are supposedly better for plants. They also have the added bonus of making your grow space look like a nightclub. 🪩

Harvested a small tray of Broccoli microgreens, offering a delicious slight nutty flavor that pairs well with various dishes. They are also more nutritious than their mature counterpart. Can’t wait for our next harvest! 🥦 🌱
