For the week of December 2, 2024

It's almost the holidays and we're getting into the festive spirit with Sandy Paws - a sweet 9-10 month old kitten. Sandy Paws is a short hair buff tabby. When he first arrived he was very underweight but he has been doing great packing on the (necessary) pounds. He is a very people friendly cat and would make a great pet.

Happy December 1st! The countdown is on. Zero and O’Malley would love a home for Christmas.

These boys have come a long way since being admitted in August.

They’ll need a quiet room for up to 3 months to acclimate to a new house. But once they settle, they’ll be your friends for life!

For the week of November 18, 2024

This week we are featuring Taffy, a sweet 2 year old girl looking for a new home. She is very petite but has already been a mama to a litter of kittens who have been adopted and she has since been spayed. Taffy is a short hair tabby and white cat. She is sociable and does well with children and dogs and seems to be good with other cats. Taffy would make a lovely family pet.

For the week of November 11, 2024

This week we are featuring an adorable mother and son duo named Clarence and Clarissa. They are both short hair tabby and white cats. Clarence (left, smaller) is a 3-4 month old kitten and Clarissa (right, larger) is approximately 2-3 years old. Mama is spayed. Both are clean and beautiful cats with great temperaments. We are adopting them as a duo and we will waive Clarissa's adoption fee.

We are sharing a fundraiser on behalf of the McCracken family. They are selling doggie biscuits and shortbread cookies with a portion of sales being donated to the LHS.
Pup treats are $10/bag (turkey, cranberry and butternut squash) and shortbread cookies are $2 (plain, Reeces Pieces, mini egg and toblerone - photo in the comments)

Introducing Sophie and her sister Lulu who are available for adoption. Sophie is a Tuxedo girl with loads of personality and Lulu, a Tabby also has loads of her own personality. They are a bonded pair but also independent cats.

Sophie is four and Lulu is three years old and they have come from a home where they were obviously well-loved and cared for by their person. Sadly, their owner had to move for more care and Sophie and Lulu are now looking for their forever home.

Sophie is the alpha cat around the house but she is also more cautious and sends her sister Lulu to investigate anything new. They are both playful and love to be where something is going on like watching the squirrels outside the window. They aren't demanding of attention but they do like to be around people. So far, they aren't lap cats but will come for a snuggle when they feel like it.

Both cats are easy to care for as they eat well and have excellent litter box habits. They are indoor cats and have no current health issues. They are currently in foster care and adapted quickly to their new environment.

For the week of October 28, 2024

This week we are featuring a bonded pair of cats - Rebel (top) and Everest (bottom). Rebel is approximately 2 years old and is a short hair tabby. Everest is around a year old and is a medium hair tabby and white. They are both neutered. Rebel and Everest are a friendly pair who would make great pets.
