This auction will run from May 16 until Wednesday May 28 at 8:00 PM. Please follow the instructions for bidding on each picture. Also please ensure that you (or someone for you) can pick up on the posted date and time as we have no other options for pick up. Pick up will be at STS Storage, 1133 Abercrombie Road, New Glasgow Saturday, May 31 from 11:00 PM-3:00 PM ONLY. Payments may be made in advance by e-transfer to [email protected], or by cash or debit at pick up. If you pay by e-transfer but do not pick up your item, we cannot hold it for you.

Carma Pictou County would like to thank Global Pet Foods Pictou County - Stellarton for selecting us to be the recipient of the funds raised during the 'Show Us Your Heart' campaign which provides ongoing care to animals in need.
We are so very grateful to have received $3303.46 to continue to help the Community Cats of Pictou County.

One of our supplies that we go through the most is canned cat food! As of right now we are completely out! If you find yourself in the Atlantic Superstore or any of the Pictou County Sobeys, you will find a bin for the CARMA cats where you can donate canned cat food. We found a sale this week at Atlantic Superstore (shown below) but any kind will do! Thank you so much to our generous community.

We want to thank everyone who has donated items to our yard sale next Saturday so far. We also want to send a shout out to a young boy who dug into his piggy bank to give us our first cash donation towards our fundraiser .

We do still need baked goods and plants, please message us if you would like to donate. 🙂

If you can't make it to our sale next weekend, but are getting yard sale fever, stop in to Sharon St John United Church Hall this Saturday for Sharon St John church's yard sale, bean and brown bread sale and BBQ. They graciously allow us to use their facility every year for our sale and are very good to us!

It's that time of year where we struggle to fundraise with the colder temperatures and snowstorms that seem to hit every other day. Thankfully, Global Pet Foods Pictou County - Stellarton has chosen Carma Pictou County Chapter as the recipient of their 'Show us your heart' campaign this year! This money will make such a difference in the cats, the individuals we help, and our volunteers hearts.

Their campaign finishes Feb 26th so stop by and get your furry friend a treat, and let the cashier know you want to show the community cats your heart with a donation! Global Pet foods matches all donations!
