Happy Thanksgiving! I want to congratulate the new owner of my beautiful 2 year old filly "With Pleasure" (Olympic van't Koningbos/For Pleasure/Quidam de Revel). This stunning filly has all the makings of a top sport prospect combined with an incredible brain, and excellent x-rays (which is now something I've grown accustomed to from her damline). Selling her into a great home where she will be properly developed is a wonderful thing, but it also comes at a difficult time, as I'm also facing huge vet bills and losses for the sudden death of her uncle Quidam's Pleasure. The breeders life is often rather bleak, amongst small glimmers of hope that keep you going for a little while longer. And, I'd just like to thank everyone over the years that have believed in my small but top quality breeding program, this has been my passion and why I work so hard. I do not know what the future will hold for myself, but for now another one of my babies has landed herself a loving home where she and I are appreciated.

Our 3 year old Quidam’s Pleasure fillies Veel Plezier (QP/Conquest/Pluspunkt) and Vital Pleasure (QP/Lord Pezi/Cordalme) came in off the field for some handling and are getting ready to start training. Both fillies showing their fathers kind eyes and expression.

It’s great to see the oldest offspring of Quidam’s Pleasure starting their jumping careers. I couldn’t be happier that Up Pleasure aka “Queenie” out of Stella Artois (Beaulieu’s Conquest/Papillon Rouge) has Allison Lagan as her owner and rider to develop her to her full potential.

“She’s has been incredible!!! I’ve been away the past 2 weeks so she just hangs out while I’m gone , I lunged her for like 5 minutes Monday night , then Tuesday I just got straight on and she was perfect, then yesterday jumped her first vertical and oxer and didn’t put a foot wrong , I’m so so excited about her!”

On International horse day, I'd like to share some beautiful pictures of Quidam's Pleasure from the Royal West in October.

Quidam's Pleasure had a great year in sport and in production with his oldest offspring coming undersaddle. They have athletic light gaits, great rideability and commercial looks. He also produced the #2 ranked BWP/NAD C**t Allegro, and #4 ranked filly Always Pleasing, as well as the Premium CWHBA 2 year old filly Quidams Bliss MSM.
