This trick is still very much in the learning process, but I’m so excited with Axel’s progress I wanted to share! Axel is learning her momma’s “play dead” trick, and honestly I never thought I’d have another llama that would lol. The next step will be teaching her to hold it.

I am so in love with these two’s relationship! Harlley is the head of our herd, but Axel has been sassing him back since about 8 weeks old and always gets away with it! They are almost always the ones sharing a hay bag in the mornings. So cute 💜

Super proud moment!! Axel turned 7 months old a week ago and today she decided to crash Uncle Harlley’s training session and do her first off-lead obstacle! Of course I only managed to get a picture of her coming off the block, but at least it still keeps the memory.

Axel is starting to become a pretty good dance partner! 🤩

It makes me soo happy to be able to work with Lacey again!! We haven’t been able to do too much for a long time because she was struggling with a tooth root abscess. But she had the tooth removed and has healed so well! She had quite a bit of her neck shaved during surgery so I decided to just even it all out with a nude trim, but I think she rocks it quite well!! 🥰
