This dog need to leave the shelter asap
She screams in her kennel as she wants to be with us.
We all feel so bad for her. ๐
She is so done, being here. Waiting for someone to love her since April.
She was dumped with another mastiff along the Blindman river west of Rimbey. We found their collars in the ditch. Edith found a great home. Evelyn is here still waitingโฆ
We sure hope we can find an amazing home for Evelyn as well ๐
She is a sweet senior that would be a great guard animal.
She needs a home, where she can be inside with the people she loves.
Although she is a bigger dog she is low energy.
She would be okay to skip walks and be let out in a fenced back yard. She doesnโt like to be cold. She would sleep most of the day.
Follows you around, while youโre in the house
She will also be okay to be left home alone.
She does need a few minutes to warm up to new people. So a home with not too much traffic might be best suited for Evelyn
Unfortunately, she needs to be the only pet
She is not reactive towards dogs on her walks
She just doesnโt do well with dogs in her bubble.
So no other pets, a comfy bed and a fenced yard plus lots a love is what we would love for this senior dog.
Who can give her the best golden years ๐๐งก

Palmer is a friendly, medium-sized dog who loves being around people and is sure to brighten up your day with his big smile. He was found as a stray north of Ponoka in the spring of 2024 and is approximately 2 years old. While he gets along great with people, he is uncertain around livestock and not suitable for homes with cats.
