He trusted me to feed him, hydrate him, treat his head trauma, teach him to hunt again (or rather remind him that he could still) and more... and then there was a moment when I realized this little one is going to be ok. I could no longer get close to him like this and there were no more photo ops. He was a wild thing, and all he ever wanted was to be free. I had to respect that.
That was my job: to help him back to freedom. And my contract ended.

You taught me so much
May you hunt strong and true, may you always fly safe, and may you have babies that flourish in freedom.

I would like to apologize to anyone that I have not gotten back too. A couple Saturdays ago I had a bad fall from a ladder and I’m still healing. I’m slowly getting back to work but I am behind schedule with everyone. Please have patience with me….I am only human!! Booking out at least 3-4 weeks right now. If you’d like to get your dog on a 6-8 week grooming schedule we can arrange that and then you won’t have to wait for an appointment! Once again, thank you for your patience 🙏😊

Just so everyone knows….appointments that are already scheduled in are fine ok.

At the right place and at the right time to save an injured hawk. Looks like he was hit by a car but he’s starting to perk back up and move around. Gave him some food and water. So we just wait to see how he does.

One of the doggos I groomed today. Lulu was pretty cool before but she is loving it her new fresh look and feeling amazing. Bring on the ponds now eh Lulu ❤️❤️😘

I’ve had to make some changes that I’m not sure people are aware of. I will list the changes and I’m sorry if it comes as an inconvenience to anyone.

* $20 no show or last minute cancellation fee will be added prior to next booking or on your next grooming bill.
* taxes have been added whether you pay cash or etransfer.
* when minimum wage increases in October so will my prices.
* aggressive dogs will be an added cost as well.

Again, I’m so very sorry if I’ve made anyone mad. Soaps, Maintenance on equipment, water, hydro, my employee, rent and insurance, my time and strain on my body have made the prices increase.

I love what I do for a living and to continue doing what I love, it has to be worth it in every way.

Prices will not be given before the groom because every dog is different. Behaviour, conditions, size and weight vary from dog to dog.

My favourite part of grooming and having the kennel is when the owner comes to pick up there dog. The excitement and love that I feel coming for your fur baby makes me so happy. It’s something I can’t even describe with words. We are all so lucky to have amazing animals that love us this much ❤️❤️❤️

I’m very sorry but I might need to take some time off grooming. Last night I went to the hospital with belly pain. Turns out it was appendicitis and I was rushed into surgery. If I have your dog booked in for this up coming week I will have to reschedule. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I will work extra hard to get everything back up and running. Thank you for your patience and understanding

Needing to rehome a German shepherd. Owner is sadly taken ill and can’t take care of him anymore. He’s a beautiful farm dog and can become someone’s perfect guard dog. I’ve groomed him before and he was a real sweetheart. Please message me or text 226245-5857 and I can give you more details 💞

Little Halle, had her first groom today too and with a thousand head kisses we got those nails done with ease. She then slept the rest of the time waiting for her big cousins “Grace and George” to get there groom.
