There has been a surge in the cruel cycle of puppy mills. I rescue these pets from auction, freeing them and placing in loving homes.

These innocent animals are sold without a glimpse of the life that awaits them, often ending up in more puppy mills. I am a person that has a serious passion for animals, and educating on the dark world of puppy mills, backyard breeding and overbreeding. Most of my rescue dogs are from livestock auction, and are used for breeding. I rescue, transport, care for, and adopt out each dog myself with t

Arvo is an approximately 14 week old Standard Australian Shepherd. He came from unfortunate circumstances and lived his short life in a puppy mill situation and was not properly socialised. Because of that, he is a very shy puppy. He needs slow introduction, and a person that is committed to work on socialising him very well. His foster home is doing a great job of teaching him to be confident in new situations, and around new people.

He is a typical goofy high-energy puppy, and will make a great addition to an active person’s life. This breed is a high-energy, smart working breed and needs as much mental stimulation as they do physical.

He will go to his new home neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. The neuter will take place once his adoption is confirmed in order to delay it as long as possible. Application can be found here: https://form.jotform.com/240876507901258

ADOPTED

This is Benedict, aka Ben, he is a 10 week old cocker spaniel. As described by foster: he is very relaxed/ chill he likes to be coddled and doesn’t really put up much of a stink about anything he is literally a dream puppy temperament. Attitude wise It’s not overbearing not all over the place he’s like a 6 year old dog placed in a puppy’s body.

He may have skin/ear issues in the future as he came to me with a severe untreated ear infection. Otherwise, he is healthy.

He will go to his new home filly vetted, vaccinated, and dewormed. Given his age, his adopter will be required to bring him to be neutered and microchipped at six months of age, and a credit will be sent to you with proof.

Four new pups coming soon!

Cocker spaniel, 8 weeks, male.
Aussie Shepherd, 10 weeks, male
Poodle mix, no age given (will assess at vet), female
Cavapoo, 2 years old, female.

Most of my dogs are rescued from puppy mills and are breeding “stock” that have not been well-socialized and have spent a lot of time in a kennel, not a home.

All dogs will be spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and vetted, and assessed behaviourally as best as possible.

An adoption fee and contract is required for adoption.

It is easiest to be pre-approved generally, and we can stay in touch regarding your preferences and dogs that may suit your home best. I have yet to assess the dogs personality and behaviour, so if you are interested in a specific dog, please apply and we can discuss their suitability once they have been assessed 😊

*Update: ADOPTED!!!***SEEKING ADOPTER for Poppy the Cavalier King Charles

This is Poppy, she will be 4 years old in August.
She is a 15 lb Cavalier King Charles, spayed.

Poppy is a very special girl. She is what kick started my journey in rescue, and she is the exact type of dog that needed it.
She was a puppy production dog, described by her previous owner as a "kennel dog", and auctioned off when she was no longer wanted.

Poppy is a shy girl. She has bonded to me and because I am her safe person, she allows me to pet her, give her scratches, and be close to her. Meeting new people is stressful for her at this time. She is understandably distrustful. However, during my 3 weeks with her, she has blossomed immensely! She loves chin scratches, and asks for love constantly, although is nervous when she receives it. Her tail wags constantly. I just KNOW she will be a beautiful pet for the right home. Cavaliers are inherently sweet dogs, and Poppy is no exception to that.

She is overall healthy. She has seen 3 veterinarians, and has been treated for an ear infection, skin infection, and has been spayed, dewclaw removed, microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. She needs a dental soon, so she will have a reduced adoption fee.

Her ideal new home would have a patient, quiet environment, where she can feel safe and loved by her person.

As she was a kennel dog her entire life, Poppy is not house trained, and cannot walk on a leash. I am seeking a home that is willing to work with her on this.

She doesn't bat an eye at our cats, and has been doing fine with the other rescue dog she is living with. Ideally, another, more confident dog would be amazing for her. I would not recommend a home with children. She is not aggressive at all with children, but I don't imagine she would be comfortable in a home with them.

My Poppy went to her new home today. I was nervous sending her to yet another foreign place. I knew I had found the right home but I didnt want her to have to face another new environment after the life she’s had. These pictures leave me filled with peace. She is already thriving. Miss you my shy Momma. You’re going to soar!
