Tobey came in for his grooming recently, and his foster family says he is the sweetest fella! He is about 5 years old. He did come from a puppy farm, so his fosters are working on house training. He is coming along there. Tobey has been vetted and netured, and most if not all his teeth have been removed. They were very sore and rotten, no more toothaches or bad breath for this guy!
