Our Story
Welcome to AJ's Country Boarding and Daycare. We are a fully licensed dog boarding facility located on the ocean side of beautiful Port Morien. Boarding is available for $25 per day with daycare included. Daycare alone is $20 a day. Discounts are available for additional dogs within the same household. We offer ten indoor kennels with one being larger to accommodate 2 or 3 dogs. The facility is temperature controlled and a generator is available in the case of loss of power. There is a large fenced outdoor play area with access to trails to the beach and woods for individual or group walks. Our facility has a stainless steel tub to bath in which you can self bathe your dog. We offer a variety of all natural shampoos, bug repellant and toothpaste from Black Sheep Organics, a Canadian based company. These products can also be purchased. We recommend that our boarders bring their own dog food to avoid upset tummies. If food is not provided we will provide quality food at $2.50 per day. Bedding or toys are welcome for comfort. Vaccinations are important for the health and well being of your pet and others. Vaccinations must be provided prior to drop off. Any vaccines must be complete at least one week prior to arrival. We highly recommend having tick and flea treatment. We request that pick up of your pet is during our scheduled hours. If unable to do so other arrangements can be made for an additional $5.00.
