Once again, it seems we are having SO MANY no shows and last minute cancellations. We are all human we understand we have emergencies and uncontrollable situations that may arise. But this is happening on a weekly basis with more then one appointment slot. It takes us so much unnecessary time to try to fill (if we can) that spot last minute and puts our day behind immensely!

So once again….

WE DO CHARGE A NO SHOW AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FEE! Regardless if it is a first time offence or a repeat action.

No one wants to work for free, we surely do not…

If the fee is not paid a future appointment will not be booked.

ATTENTION CLIENTS:

1st: We seem to be getting an abundance of email inquiries and booking please note …. We do not book through email as we do not have a receptionist and simple do not have the time to monitor an email account for those reasons.

2nd: We have posted, noted, mentioned and even have a sign on our front desk…. We DO NOT accept visa payments, we are a small business and the fees are astronomical for us. Please be mindful and respectful of this! Otherwise we will note your file and you will have an additional charge on your next visit. Unfortunately again it has come to this but if you’d like us to stay in business and keep our prices competitive and fair we appreciate your understanding.

We 100% have a last minute cancellation/ no show fee… Do Not pay it…don’t bother coming back. PERIOD!
Sickening to even have to be writing this… the lost income we are experiencing is outragous.

Our next step will be requiring a credit card number upon booking
