"This is Roo. 4 year old Mini Australian Shepard. He’s 55 pounds so he is on the bigger side for a mini. Roo is very loving, loyal, smart, protective and of course energetic. He loves trail walks and loves the water too.
Board trained and knows all basic commands.
He is neutered and up to date with all his vaccines.
Unfortunately he is reactive around children and this is the best option for our family right now.

Happy spring everyone!! 🌸
In the last couple of weeks I have had several clients not show up for their appointments or texting me last minute cancelations.
This post is a reminder that these cancelations are very costly to me and leave me no time to fill the spots which I could easily do if given sufficient notice as I have a waiting list.
To put this in perspective, in the last 7 days I have lost over $600 in income which really affects me as a self employed small business.
Moving forward, I will be implementing a fee of 60% of the grooming rate for any no show or less than 24 hour notice cancelations for a first time and 100% fee for any no show thereafter.
I get that sometimes these things are beyond our control and am not trying to shame anyone
