Due to an overwhelming amount of interest in Bubba, we will only be accepting applications until 5:00pm this evening, January 3rd.

Bubba loved spending the holidays with her foster family ❤️💚 She started off 2025 with a dental and is a whole new girl with her shiny clean teeth! Now she just needs a forever family of her own! Check out her updated adoption post here.

Bubba - Shelti/Poodle X

• Age: Older Adult (7 years)
• Gender: Female/Spayed
• Size: Small (under 30lbs)
• Color/Coat: Black with white, medium/long coat but currently shaved

Bubba came to us as a surrender at no fault of her own or her owners. She is a very sweet girl, loves people and has a fun little personality. Bubba is crate trained, house trained and doesn't seem to mind the snow at all! Bubba gets along with cats and dogs, but really just wants someone who can give her the 24/7 attention she deserves.

Adoption Fee: $200, tax included. Bubba is spayed, up-to-date with vaccines, microchipped, flea treated and dewormed.

We are so thankful this holiday season for all the amazing support we get from our communities. We could not help as many animals as we do without each and every person who has donated, adopted or shared our posts.

Featured below is Gingerbread Oat Latte who just had surgery to fix Pectus Excavatum, which causes a malformation of the sternum and costal cartilages, he wanted to thank everyone who has supported our shelter. Donations go directly to pay for veterinary bills for the shelter animals and ensure we are able to do procedures like the one he required! A big shout out to Scugog Animal Hospital and his foster parent, who was willing to assist with transportation to and from the specialist and provide him with the best care during his recovery!

We hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas and Holiday Season!

Shreddie is a timid guy who loves to play with his sister Cheerio! The pair were found stuck in a shed but with some tasty treats they were coaxed out and brought into our care. Shreddie's confidence has come a long way. He is looking for a new start with hopes to be adopted into a loving family. We hope that could be with you!

"Clavy" - Domestic Shorthair

"Hi my name is Clavy and I'm looking for my forever home!"

• Age: Adult (3-5yrs)
• Gender: Male/Neutered
• Size: Medium
• Color/Coat: Brown tabby with white, short-haired

Clavy was trapped on a property in Scugog with a unrepairable leg injury. He had been wandering for quite some time without use of the leg. Veterinary assessment led us to amputation. Clavy is now living his best life, on 3 legs.

Clavy is a weary guy- he can be nervous of new, busy, or loud situations. He is learning that life isn't so scary and would do best in a patient home to help him continue to trust people after all he's been through. He also tends to get along well with other cats!

Adoption Fee: $100, tax included. Clavy is neutered, up-to-date with vaccines, microchipped, flea treated and dewormed.
