Greens of Haligonia is owned and operated by TapRoot Farms in Port Williams. Our sprouts are certified organic, packaged in compostable packaging, and are jam packed with amazing nutrients. We are currently growing four sprout blends including Sandwich Booster, Lively Lentil, Broccoli Blend, and Crunchy Bean. You can find our sprouts at Sobeys locations in HRM, Noggins Corner Farm retail locations, and restaurants including Battery Park, Seven Bays, The Other Bean and Harvest locations.

Our Story

Greens of Haligonia is an urban farm located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We have a dream of providing you with the freshest possible sprouts grown in a friendly neighbourhood in this beautiful city. Our sprouts can be found at Sobeys, Pete's Fine Foods, Organic Earth Market, Local Source, Free Range Market, Noggins, Dave’s and The Tare Shop. Want to see our sprouts at your local Sobeys or independent grocery store? Ask your produce department and they may be able to bring them in for you! We also supply our fresh sprouts to a variety of restaurants including Heartwood, The Other Bean, The Nook, Seven Bays, EnVie, Battery Park, Black Sheep and Rumble Fish.
