New year - same you!

We aren’t here to change the way you look, we’re here to change the way you feel!

We have a January challenge for you, but the twist? YOU set your goal!

1. Fill out our short challenge sign up form (which we will send you once you’ve purchased a challenge buy-in on our website):

A) you class total goal for January (between 10-20 classes)
😎 your WHY for the challenge
C) what you hope to feel when you’ve met your goal!

2. Pay the $20.00 challenge buy-in! If you meet your goal, we credit your account $20 and you can use this towards the purchase of your next pass or apparel. Think of it as pre-buying yourself a little reward for meeting your goal! 😉

3. We add your name & goal to our studio leaderboard! See a visual of your goal every time you show up.

4. We’ll have the numbers 1-20 in the hallway - everytime you complete a class in January, move your pawn up a number till you reach your goal (or surpass it!)

The prize: for everyone who reaches their goal, you’ll get a little gift from the studio.

The BIGGER prize: when you meet your goal, enter your name in to win $100.00 to a local small business off choice IN Portage la Prairie!

Hard Launch!! What’s up SOS! While I’ve been teaching for a couple months, I’m excited to formally introduce myself!

My name is Yahweh Villanueva your newest ‘Spin’-structor in Portage La Prairie! I am originally from Winnipeg and moved to Portage La Prairie in 2023. When I’m not at work or spinning - I spend my time at home avidly watching movies, listening to music or working out at the gym!

I started spin regularly in 2023. Over the last few years, fitness became an integral part of my life to feeling healthier, happier, & stronger. When ‘The Studio on Sask’ open up in Portage La Prairie I was ecstatic and through the studio I was able to meet so many of you as a fellow rider and now an instructor (teaching fitness was not on my bingo card either haha!)

Through SOS, I’ve been blessed to create many meaningful friendships and connections. I moved to Portage La Prairie without any family or friends, and while Winnipeg is just a short drive, it was all new to me to move out on my own! I am proud to be a part of a fantastic community that continues to show up for themselves and each other every class!

If I had to share one piece of advice - Growth happens when you move beyond your comfort zone. When you push past fear and embrace new challenges, you gain new experiences, develop resilience, and unlock opportunities you might never have imagined.
