Oley's Plowing, Sanding and Shovelling

We changed things up a bit and have added a new black plow truck to our fleet this year (mainly because I was outvoted on painting him camo-he was just too nice to do that-yet!). We’re all ready for another season!

And as always- he needs a name! His siblings are: The Beast-Jimmy-Johnny-Jack-Jose-Jager-JP-Jackson-Jameson-Jerry-Juniper-Johnson-Jackson-The Limo and The Mustang. Some have gone to truck heaven but most of them are still with us.

So give us your guesses on what it’s going to be! The first one to guess it will be able to come pick up their Oley’s t-shirt!

Thanks for your support on our busiest year yet servicing the commercial properties in Powassan and providing sanding to anyone who needs it.

How rude are we? We forgot to introduce you to our newest addition of a brand new tractor (thank you J&J Equipment). We did request a camo one but they just didn’t have time to complete the painting before we needed it. Loading sand trucks is going to be so much easier this year. The only problem is we simply have no idea what to name it! Give us your ideas and we will pick our favorite in the next couple weeks.

Well hello gorgeous truck-I brought you home and didn’t even get your name! We need to fix that before our busiest season ever starts.

The newest truck needs a name before we can paint him in our traditional camo and we need your help. We will give the lucky winner a $10 gift certificate. We have selected a name already but the first one to guess it wins! We will be posting it on multiple pages and the will use the time stamp to determine who wins.

We’re excited to announce our truck family is expanding. Help us name him and win a gift certificate.

Some people name their babies and pets and we name our trucks because they’re just way to hard to tell apart.

So welcome to the family “the one without a name”.

Our trucks are Johnny (Walker), Jack (Daniels), Jose (Cuervo) and Jameson. Jimmy (beam) and Jager (meister) were previously part of the fleet but have now gone to truck heaven.

Well who is this? We need your help to figure it out.

This is the newest plow truck to join the fleet just waiting to get all camo’d up and named.

His plowing/sanding buddies are: Johnny, Jack, Jager and Jose (there was also Jimmy but last year he went to the big car lot in the sky).

Tell us what you think we should name him. If multiple people suggest the name we choose we will go with the first person to suggest that name. We will choose on Friday October 22nd and the winner gets a $25 gift certificate for Oley’s.

ICE ICE BABY! It's slippery out there today and we will be sanding all day long. Give us a call at Oley's 705-724-6539 before you or one of your customers falls. A little sand goes a long way to prevent someone from getting hurt. Remember: "owies" hurt a lot longer than the sanding bill does and your insurance company will really appreciate it!

Fall is coming and so are the requests for plowing services. As one of the only insured plowing services in the area offering plowing, sanding and shovelling, the demand is higher than ever and Oley's cannot thank our clients enough for growing the business to the size it is now. In 2019 the decision was made to cater mainly to our commerical clients. We will continue to expand the fleet to accommodate commerical clients and residential clients will be added only if they do not have time constraints (you will be plowed after each snow fall after the commercial properties are completed however we cannot guarantee what time that will be). We will accommodate one-time sanding and plowing calls any time we can after the contracted properties have been completed. Quotes can be obtained by calling 705-724-OLEY.
